Aged in stainless steel to maintain a clean, vibrant style. The 2025 CaliPaso Estate Chenin Blanc opens with aromas of green apple, pear, citrus blossom, and hints of fresh melon. On the palate, it is bright and refreshing, with clean acidity, a smooth mid-palate, and a crisp finish. Enjoy with seafood, salads, goat cheese, grilled chicken, or light Asian-inspired dishes.

캘리포니아 파소 로블레스 동부의 Calipaso Winery는 2012년 Wu 가문이 인수했습니다. 막내아들 Jeff가 관리하며, 소박한 여관과 생산 시설을 센트럴 코스트 최고의 방문지 중 하나로 바꾸고자 했습니다. 12년 후 그 목표를 이뤘다고 말할 수 있습니다. 문을 지나면 고급 와인과 숙박 시설이 기다립니다. 자가 포도밭에서는 우아하고 세련된 카베르네 소비뇽을 재배하며 센트럴 코스트의 선별 포도밭에서도 와인을 만듭니다. Jeff는 꾸준히 탁월함을 추구하면서도 접근성을 중시해 가격을 합리적으로 유지합니다.
