Willamette Valley
The Willamette Valley, the heart of Oregon's wine country, pays homage to one of the most difficult noble grapes to grow, Pinot Noir. Now with nine sub-AVAs, the distinctive soils of, Jory (volcanic), Willakenzie (marine sediment) and Loess (windblown silt) lends itself to the uniquely different characteristics found in Oregon's most popular grape variety.
