Pinot Noir
Log ind for at se erhvervspriser
The color of this Burgundian inspired fine Pinot Noir is medium garnet and aged in 2 year old French Oak barrels for 18 months on its natural lees with no racking. The aromas of this wine are of ripe black cherry with some leather and earth notes in the backdrop. The ripe cherry is sappy and rich on the palate and the wine finishes with an elegant silky texture best described as supple and combines well with the strawberry, raspberry coulis and a suggestion of spicy clove and cinnamon.

MENNESKENE OG STEDET
Vinum Cellars
Vinum Cellars was founded in 1997 by first generation, California family winemakers Richard Bruno and Chris Condos in the Napa Valley financing their dream on credit cards. Their focus was then, and remains searching California’s coastal vineyards and special microclimates in search of the best vineyards grown by the states best growers. Environmentally conscious, these long-term partners consider their humble roots in the development of products and mandate that each wine offer considerable high quality-to-price ratio. What this means is each wine is literally hand crafted from single vineyards and made with a small lot philosophy. From Coastal Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Vinum makes varietal wines from single vineyards and appellations throughout California.
Monterey
Located along California’s Central Coast, the Monterey AVA is known for its cool, maritime climate and long growing season. Influenced by the deep waters of Monterey Bay, coastal breezes and fog roll through the region, creating ideal conditions for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which thrive in the cooler temperatures. The AVA's diverse soils and microclimates also allow for the successful cultivation of other varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Wines from Monterey are celebrated for their bright acidity, vibrant fruit flavors, and the distinct coastal character that reflects the region's unique terroir.
