How-to Video: Register as an Importer

Ordering

To place an online order for import, select wines for purchase by adding them to your basket. You can review your wine selection and make quantity adjustments by viewing your basket.

Orders received are reviewed and processing within 24 hours.

Most orders require seven business days' lead-time to be ready for collection by the freight forwarder based on export compliant requirements and the number of different products on order.

We create & apply export strip/case labels as needed, additional charges may apply. 

Promotional quantity discounts, one-time buy opportunities and special allocations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and require prepayment.  

Condition of Terms

Prices are shown as Ex-Works Winery Warehouse, CA/OR/WA in USD per case based on case format size. At the request of the importer, we can provide CIF quotations. For inland consolidation services to one pick-up location, the trucking fee is $2.00/case.

Minimum order requirement is: $3500.00 USD per order.  

Shipping recommendations

  • To maximize cost and space efficiency inside the container:
  • Even-tier shipping: 14 cases 12/750mL increments, 28 cases 6/750mL. 
  • LCL shipment: 70 cases 12/750mL per pallet max. Breakeven pricing for shipping LCL vs FCL is around 500 cases 12/750mL.  
  • FCL Shipment: 84 cases 12/750mL per pallet max. 840 cases 12/750mL for 1x20’ dry. 1232 cases 12/750mL for 1x40’dry. FCL reefer will have slightly reduced quantity to account for the weight of the reefer unit.  

FAQ

What happens after I place an order?

After the order is placed, it is reviewed and a Pro-Forma invoice is sent via email for confirmation. The order is not final until you confirm the Pro-Forma invoice. Upon your confirmation, we will start working with your freight forwarder, the staging of your order and creating the export documents. Export documents are sent via email on or before the ETD of your shipment. Depending on the market, when export documents are approved, a final electronic version is emailed or the originals are shipped via Fedex. 

If I purchase specific brands for my market, will other importers in the same market be privy to this and be able to purchase the same wine? 

We allow only one importer per brand per market. When an order is received and a Pro-Forma invoice confirmed, the brands on order are now only available to you in your market. The products will no longer be visible online to other importers within your market. Only you will be able to make future purchases of these products from these brands.  Our goal for exporting our wines is to collaborate with importers building brands for the long-term.

Is pricing best and final?

We are offering wines with value to the end consumer in mind. We understand and take into consideration the multitude of costs associated with importing U.S.A wines; freight, exchange rates, tariffs, customs and import duties. We work directly with our Winery Collaborators offering the best wholesale pricing based on Ex-Works (export) and not FOB (domestic) terms. We strive in making purchasing wines easy and efficient so our most competitive pricing is listed to help eliminate going back and forth. As this is a collaboration, we are happy to discuss pricing based on your needs and the current market situation.     

What happens if I want to taste the wines first?

You can request wine samples on our website. Once you have selected the products you would like to taste, view your basket and click on "Request samples." Enter the number of bottles required and fill-out the shipping address and phone number details. There is no cost for samples and we process these for first-time tastings, shipping the wines via delivery, duty, paid (DDP) with carriers such as Fedex and UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon the samples ETD. 

Additional services

Private label programs- We are private label program experts and have a plethora of options. Low minimum runs, high volume requirements, AVA specific, price specific, varietal specific, with your label or with one of ours. Please inquire directly by email with your specific request. 

Specialty Wine Selection- From time to time we have well-known brands available for export that are not listed on our website. Please inquire directly by email or phone for information and pricing on the availability of these wines.
