The 2022 Parched Chardonnay is a single-vineyard wine sourced from Kent Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA. Frequent morning fog blankets the vineyard, promoting a slow and steady ripening process that preserves the wine’s freshness. Aromas of lemon and apple are layered over a core of vibrant minerality. Aged exclusively in French oak for 10 months, the wine offers a weighted mid-palate and a well-balanced finish, where bright acidity is wrapped in crisp lemon and apple notes. A versatile wine that pairs beautifully with all kinds of foods from meat to seafood and poultry dishes.
