Ol Pa's Cuvee (OPC) is one of Buoncristiani Family Wineries inaugural wines from 1999. This complex and very aromatic blend is a tribute wine to our grandfather we called "Ol Pa" and his affinity to blends. Our winemaker Jay Buoncristiani has mastered the blending technique not only with different wine varieties but through cooper and clonal selections making OPC a truly unique and crowd loving wine.

Napa Valley
Named California’s first American Viticultural Area (AVA) in 1981, Napa Valley has an abundance of diverse soils and microclimates and is part of or contains 18 AVAs. While internationally acclaimed for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, fine Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Cabernet Franc is also grown here.
